Our in-house heat treatment manufacturing monitores the entire process from the hardening step to the stress relieve.

All variables are kept under control to get parts complying to the tightest specifications.

Surface hardness goes from 550 to 750 Vickers (HV1Kg) while carburizing depth measured at 550 Vickers staying between .002” (0,05mm) and .005” (0,12mm) (HV0.2Kgs).

Hi-tech coatings such as black oxide, high or medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel, special manganese-phosphating, anti-friction coatings provide MEC-GAR magazines with an excellent corrosion resistance. Steel, glass or matt finished surfaces are also available.
