Mec-Gar guarantees that the items we manufacture are made from the highest quality materials and workmanship and are strictly inspected before shipping. That is why all magazines have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.

If you are not satisfied with any item you purchase, simply contact us and we'll give you instructions about returning your item(s). In most cases, either a merchandise exchange or full and prompt refund will be issued.

Defective magazines will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Mec-Gar. Unauthorized modifications or deliberate abuse will void warranty.

Please check all local and state laws concerning legal ownership of firearm magazines before ordering.

Mec-Gar can not ship the following:

• California: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of CA.
• Colorado: No magazine above 15 rounds or no magazine above 15 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of CO.
• Connecticut: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of CT.
• Hawaii: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of HI.
• Illinois: No magazine above 10 rounds in Cook County, IL or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone with a billing address in Cook County, IL..  No magazine above 15 rounds in Aurora, IL or not magazine above 15 rounds to anyone with a billing address in Aurora, IL.
• Maryland: No magazine above 20 rounds or no magazine above 20 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of MD.
• Massachusetts: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of MA.
• New Jersey: No magazine above 15 rounds or no magazine above 15 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of NJ.
• New York: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in the state of NY.
• Washington D.C.: No magazine above 10 rounds or no magazine above 10 rounds to anyone using a billing address in Washington D.C..

Mec-Gar USA will only ship magazines within the United States and Puerto Rico. Because of restrictions we will not ship to APO boxes.

For credit card payment We accept Discover, Mastercard and VISA. 
Credit cards are processed at the time the order is shipped. Magazines that are backordered are not charged until shipped.

All orders prepaid by check or money order will not ship until cleared. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% sales tax.
